Can StarNavPilot use vector charts?

StarNavPilot is compatible with S57 vector charts (unencrypted). The program has all the functions necessary for creating, modifying, updating, importing data, merging, splitting, etc ... charts. Thanks to StarNavPilot's S57 workshop, it is even possible to vectorize charts. A vector chart is fully configurable. You can choose its display definition, and the displayed elements.
